feat: Help and info commands for greater user-friendliness

Describe the ideal solution Restructuring the commands into their own files / modules and implementing a help command.

@KrishSavani should ideally show some basic bot stats, bot owner, add link, help command, etc. I'll get to work on adding it soon.
