Support "Ignored applications"

I'm using virtual machine inside my Mac, in each guest operator I have its own vietnamese input method.

OpenKey is smart enough to remember last selection for each app, but the switch hotkey (by default cmd + shift) somehow used in VM's guest os for another purpose, but still affect on OpenKey, so an "add to ignored list" to totally turnoff openkey on explicit apps should be helpful.

While we're at it, can we expand the feature and have an option to toggle between allow/deny list? The only application that I ever want to type in Vietnamese is Messenger. Currently OpenKey fallback to Vietnamese for every application and I have to switch it back to English, which is somewhat annoying.
