Is there a way to change the font that nbviewer uses?

Not from the user interface, but it should be easily possible by changing the CSS in template.html. You can find this file by right clicking (Ctrl + click) Jupyter Notebook Viewer in Finder → Show Package Contents → Contents/Resources.
