Window size is not optimal

Is the window too small on your screen? You can modifyQLPreviewWidth and QLPreviewHeight in Info.plist (Line 52 to 55). Right click ipynb-quicklook.qlgenerator in Finder, "Show Package Contents", and then change the Info.plist in there. Then, run qlmanage -r in Terminal to reload Quick Look.
