Re-write navigation lab around a use case

The navigation lab is very descriptive for now. As discussed, it could be rewritten so that the user achieves something at the end, instead of just observing.

We would also refactor current labs by moving them in their own subfolders with their own screenshot and traces directories, such that we don't mix them. The folders can follow the XX-NAME where XX is the sequence like 00, 01 etc.
