Thank you for the PR @martynvdijke. It would be great to use [tilde specification](https://python-poetry.org/docs/dependency-specification/#tilde-requirements) to specify the dependency. That way we can still get minor updates for those libraries.

This looks interesting to me. Though I would have to play with `ctr` tool a bit to understand the requirements here first.

I am curious to know the use case behind setting height or width to 0.
