mac address update problem

What I understand is: If the computer and Bluetooth terminal are both Apple devices, the MAC address will be resolved to a fixed real (public) address However, when I am using it, when my AppleWatch Bluetooth is disconnected, BLEUnlock cannot automatically connect to the AppleWatch and I need to manually select it in the list. What is the reason and how to solve it？ thanks!

I don't really understand how it works, but sometimes if you try to connect your device and Mac in System Preference > Bluetooth, it would resolve public address.
