[Apps]: Deal with port protocols / "enable" toggle

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently most of the apps run on TCP probes. This is because their port protocol is by default TCP.

Also while at it, I've noticed that we on some apps we have a toggle to disable the port and not on others. We should decide if we will have it on all or none.

Adjust protocols on apps that need to.

yeah these consistency changes are more-than-relevant when moving to autogenerating more of the files
