[Common]: Add references to app urls

Is your feature request related to a problem?

We have a lot of apps where users have to manually set env's like APP_URL or simillar, which some cases are required for reverse proxy work correctly.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should consider writing code in common to automatically generate this URL based on, if user has enabled ingress or not. So we can reference this values on the mentioned env's.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Let users manually set the mentioned env's
