Add Keycloak

Describe the app you request to be added Keycloak is a widespread IdP-Service, providing OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0 and SAML 2.0 as a single-sign-on system. It can also auto-replicate it's user-database onto a LDAP/AD-server to be used with older systems/services.

The code itself is open source and mainly maintained by RedHat.

It's also a pain in the freaking butt at times.

That being said: I do think we should be able to deploy this with the bitnami container just fine: https://hub.docker.com/r/bitnami/keycloak/

We've decided to not-accept issues for chart requests anymore, because the vast majority of the issue tracker if flooded with them and we don't (and never have) actually plan to do anything with chart requests as maintainers.
