Support for async polling flow?

Unlike the Athena plugin for Grafana, the trino plugin does not seem to support the asynchronous polling mechanism that Grafana offers. We are currently running into issues with company proxies killing long running query requests and I believe this could be circumvented by supporting asynchronous queries.

Are there by any chance plans to add this?
