schema好像没有，我在那个分支整理了一些非batch的出来。

新api多了一个 `ep` 参数 https://api.bgm.tv/v0/episodes?subject_id=325585 ，是每集在当前条目内的序号。

@despian I haven't try transmission 4.0.0-beta.1 yet, there isn't a release. I create this branch months ago according to the rpc spec and I'm not very sure that it works...
