Saves from mGBA not loading directly

mGBA added RTC data to the end of GBA saves making the file size no longer match the checks; while can just trim it out, this get a bit tedious...really fast (i don't really know why they couldn't just store RTC data in it own file long with sav but... here we are.)

I really wish someone had attempted to continue with this project to support NDS games (Pokemon stadium kinda support the same concept for GB games)
