I'm mistaken. Since @koraa's refactoring, we don't use `remark-frontmatter` anymore.

Do you have an example URL for the problem? This may be a pipeline issue or a helix-pages issue or a gdocs2md issue.

I think forbidding empty lines in matter is too harsh, as you might want to use empty lines to structure your YAML.
