Eckhart UI: loader with danger

This PR adds two things:

• https://github.com/trezor/trezor-firmware/pull/5054/commits/62c451eb7ac55e19ae083e67bb2b10982df717c6 capability to render Progress with danger color. This is for now implemented only for Eckhart UI. The feature is used for wipe_device handler
• https://github.com/trezor/trezor-firmware/pull/5054/commits/3c7291d6c6007ccbd27e80f35951c29ee418a680 implementation of hold_danger for confirm_action for Eckhart UI. This is also only apparent in wipe_device handler
