Model R: remove all SD-card connected code

Model R will not have SD card, but some code connected to it still gets included in the binary - more than 4 kb - https://gist.github.com/grdddj/be5230ca2910ca179161f5ae22895768

Somehow disable these files in SConscript.firmware or only define the functions inside them conditionally only for model T
