Hi, I would be very happy if this PR was included :wink: We use your timepicker in the chamilo/chamilo-lms project, which has an Arabic translation, but the lack of an -ar.js file makes your lib fail, which is a bit sad for Arabic users. Do you need help for that?

There's an error in the file though: it still uses the language code "af", where it should use "ar".
