Chinese AM PM issue

Hi Sir,

We are using the date timepicker addon and only in the chinese application it is giving unusual behavior. When putting any time >1 the time format changes from PM to AM by default and incorrect time gets saved.

Please let me know a solution for this.

We have added the latest timepicker file from your site.
