I see datepicker and the "now" and "done" buttons, but no timepicker

I see datepicker and the "now" and "done" buttons, but no timepicker. this happens whether I call datetimepicker() or timepicker().

I am facing the same issue when datetimepicker is called in jquery dialog. For first time it showing correctly but if same dialog is opened again then it is showing without timepicker.

"ui-timepicker-div" is missing in DOM.
