Hidden tab tree "buffer zone"

This is a suggestion for a new feature.

Currently when the tab tree is set to be automatically hidden, it is necessary to move the cursor to the very edge of the screen to make it appear again.

I propose an optional "buffer zone" setting; this would make the tab tree appear when the cursor is N pixels away from the edge, with N being a nonnegative integer set by the user.

In the beginning I did it like you say. But what would you do if you wanted to click a link on a web page that happened to be in this "buffer zone"?
