Add MIT license

Adds a MIT License in response to #62.

@CestDiego @svenkeidel Since you two had the most contributions other than myself, I wanted to verify with you that this was acceptable.

This used to be at travisbhartwell/nix-emacs and I recently moved it to the nix-community org so the community could maintain it.

Thanks a lot! IMO GPLv3 would be totally fine for this kinda project but I'm also OK with MIT. Anything open better than no license 😄

Like @Melkor333 I also have a little bias towards a GPL variant, but am OK with MIT.

I'm happy with either GPLv3 or MIT.
