Required for building IHaskell (https://github.com/gibiansky/IHaskell/pull/576), which is having problems with 'out-of-memory' errors currently.

@ghorn It seems like the repository has a slow pace of moving, probably due to some policy over at TravisCI. Maybe @meatballhat can enlighten us?

I'm sorry about the long delays. Human power is holding it up :frowning:. We're understaffed and overtasked.
