I can't change the app theme knowing that I bought the premium version.

Same issue here. Attached screenshot indicates that if I try to select a different theme, the purchase message reappears, and if I again tap Purchase, I get a confirmation that I already own the item. Android 12, Pixel. Screenshot_20220329-134242
