Pinecone recently announced 2 new features:

• Pinecone Inference
• Pinecone Assistant

We should update the instrumentation to support both.

Completeness of our instrumentations

✌️ How do you aim to achieve this?

Span attributes should match what we already report for other foundation models like OpenAI - look at the instrumentation of OpenAI to learn more or reach out to us over slack.
