🚀 Feature: Snowflake Assertions

Support asserting against loading data into Snowflake. This will allow us to write assertions like

expectTrace(traceloop)
  .toReportToSnowflake()
  .withEvent('user-registered')
  .withProperties({ 'email': '[email protected]'});

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

This is a much required feature by our users as Snowflake is widely used.

Probably the easiest way is to find and parse appropriate REST API calls to Snowflake - https://docs.snowflake.com/en/user-guide/data-load-snowpipe-rest-load
