Add Narrator support

Reading the feature request #24 made me think that narrator support would also improve the accessibility of the mod drastically. I quickly check, and the narrator does not mention anything. I guess some kind of information from the narrator on how to use the GUI would be great. Al least this is the case when opening the inventory.

Before doing any work, I think it should be evaluated what kind of messages should be sent to the narrator and about what it should inform the player.
