[BUG] Swapping tool stopped the tool's animation for a brief moment

Reproduction Steps

1. Install any resourcepack that adds animation to an item
2. During the item animation, swap the item to another item using this mod, then take a look at the previously swapped item
3. The item's animation will be stopped/paused at the moment the item was swapped

Probably not an itemswapper bug. The swapping should be no different than hot keying an item or the server changing items. Never used animated item textures, but probably some vanilla bug?
