Add compatabilty for the mod 'Raised'

When you bring up the menu for selecting items, the menu looks like it's a bit low.

Without Raised:

With Raised:

Will be fixed with 1.20.2 or 1.21, wherever mojang will actually fix the bug raised fixed(moving the hud up 2 pixels).
