From the first perspective, the character model is one block higher than view.

Then you have some mod messing with stuff. This mod doesn't touch the camera at all and from the player model only the x and z, never the y.

there's only 2 mods mod model is first-person model and yes steve model(ysm),i removed the ysm and my model position back to right place.I remind i used elytra while i quit the game,the description of ysm said ysm compatible with first-persion model,should i make an issue on ysm mod?

Yea probably. Possible that recent changes broke the compatibility if they used the incorrect apis.

There's already an issue of ysm and first-model model incompatible on Minecraft1.18 https://github.com/TartaricAcid/ysm/issues/60
