Replace panic.c with ASCII art images of communist leaders
This change can heavily reduce the amount of kernel panics Linux users run into. It does this by replacing panic.c with an ASCII art image of Stalin, which makes kernel panics impossible. This change should absolutely be merged as it could result in a more stable kernel. (Since panics cannot happen.)
This is one of the most useful PRs I've ever seen. I can not express how happy I was when I saw this beautiful PR, now I know humanity is not yet rotten!

Beautiful commit, just downloaded the merge and compiled it, never seen a more stable linux kernel.
