Reveal on mouse hover

Currently have an option to hide and unhide system tray. But want an additional feature to reveal the system tray on mouse hover at the right bottom of screen so that centered taskbar only stay visible which will give a more minimal look.

I'll probably try and implement it in R4, which will include an overhaul of the settings window to make it easier to navigate and provide more space for additional options (which will certainly be necessary with some of the features I'm planning!)
