Add support for TrafficMonitor in Dynamic mode

When using Dynamic mode, RoundedTB also hides TrafficMonitor on taskbar. Please keep it show up.

The problem with this is that it's a separate window that sits on top of the taskbar; it's not impossible but supporting every kind of custom toolbar (both on Windows 10 where they use deskbands and on Windows 11 where they're just child windows) is a pretty difficult task.

I won't be doing anything about it now I'm afraid (there are other more pressing issues that need to be addressed first) but I'll leave this open so I can maybe revisit it in the future.

Or can we have some options to custom the fixed space and padding width to left area (weather #254 or custom tool like TrafficMonitor) middle area (main part of taskbar) and right area (notification area)? And since TrafficMonitor in taskbar will have fixed width, it will have no problem without detection
