Dynamic Taskbar randomly expands when setting new Wallpaper via Right-Click --> Set As Background

When using RTB in Dynamic Mode and then setting a new wallpaper via right-clicking an image-file in Explorer and selecting "Set as Background" the dynamic Taskbar randomly expands in length. The excess length can be fixed by calling RTB from the tray and dismissing it again.

Thanks for reporting this - absolutely no idea what cursedry is causing it but I'll be looking into it. ~~I'm 11/10 blaming Windows on this one though~~
