Auto hide taskbar when maximised

A very useful feature would be: if and only if a window is maximised, the taskbar will auto-hide, and then revert back to normal once the window/all windows is/are closed/minimised.

This functionality will be available in the next version of RoundedTB.

Quick and Dirty way to make this happen, is to use SmartTaskbar together with RoundedTB. For me it works nearly fine. Only Some smaller Issues occur: Dragging Window into Toolbar Area hides it; Animation Errors when pressing Start.
