RoundedTB won't remember my settings

I enabled the "Hover to open the System Tray" setting and now every single time I restart it's gone. The system tray either stays up or won't come up.

Does the setting stay saved if you open RoundedTB? There are problems with the hover detection on some machines for a yet-unknown reason that I'm looking into, but if the setting keeps disabling itself then that's a different issue.

The setting would literally just disable itself. The system-tray is just up whenever I reboot. I then have to go and re-enable the setting altogether.
