Taskbar won't update

The taskbar won't update unless I restart explorer, but that doesn't solve the issue and only updates it once. Changing settings and applying, restarting the app, restarting the computer, or/and reinstalling the app doesn't help.

Yeah that's a bug with 3.1 which I heard has been fixed, just not pushed.

Are you using any other taskbar modifications such as TranslucentTB or TaskbarX?

No. I actually checked what would happen if I did, but the result was the same.
