Unregioned taskbar area turns black

I am using windows 11 and i noticed that when I used dynamic mode or even margins there is black space that is not used by applications.

Normally you can choose to have the taskbar "fill" whenever a window is maximised, or alternatively you can leave it exposed and use it as quick access to the desktop. In a future update, a custom autohide will be added that will optionally allow for the taskbar to overlay atop other applications so that they can make use of the space on either side.

The fact that it fills in black is something that I've seen one or two users report but I've never been able to reproduce myself. Are you using something like Wallpaper Engine or Lively?
