Fundraising advertising on Tor2web traffic

Problem: To keep tor2web software development and server maintenance sustainable we need money.

Possible solutions highlighted by this ticket: Make online fundraising injecting fundraising/advertising on each tor2web.org visited web page

Issues: It has been noted by @lastknight that we may face legal risk if we collect money while a web page is displayed and that web page (with content hosted on Tor Darknet) content is not legal

Solution: We agreed that the solution is given by the implementation of the Access Disclaimer of #15 .

When #15 will be implemented, we will be allowed to ask for donation on the Access Disclaimer page, where:

• the user is clearly accessing Term of Services
• the user is not seeing third party content, but our content, when we ask for donation
