This ticket is to enable Tor Hidden Service to discover if the client accessing Tor2web is behind a proxy.

There are situation where the application running on the Tor Hidden Service, such as GlobaLeaks, need to warn the end-user that connection trough a proxy server (like in a corporate environment) may be risky.

To enable the application to detect such a condition, Tor2web must forward the client-header "X-Forwarded-For:" to the TorHS.

That way the application running on the Tor HS will be able to detect that the user is coming from a proxy server and provide proper warning.
