Site theme preference is not used consistently

Expected Behavior

The theme preference should be used throughout

Observed Behavior

The default red theme is used in some portions of the site

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open top.gg
2. If your theme preference is not the same as the red default
3. Observe issue

Additional Information/Comments

this seems to be resolved after clearing cache however, top.gg has always seemed to have issue with caching, its always about caching this is not a great experience for any user to have to go find your discord server then find support then ask - as this will most likely be a reoccurring issue found in your support channels
