-Updated iotedge runtime/security daemon to version 1.1.1-1 -Updated config.yaml with compliant azureiotedge-agent version (1.1)

Thank you for taking this on, any chance that we can also get these changes applied and verified in the ARM32 / ARM64 dockerfiles?

I should have bandwidth to republish the new images, but do not think I'll be able to commit to verification and testing before publication. Would this also be something you could assist with?

@toolboc absolutely. I figured that request would be coming next and I am working on the updates to those docker files as well.

Hi guys, could be interesting to merge this but take care, you have to update to edge runtime 1.1.7
