Add support for Ember FastBoot

Ember FastBoot is still super beta, but wanted to get the conversation started about what it might take to add FastBoot support to this buildpack. Has anyone played around with FastBoot on Heroku? Beanstalk seems like the go-to deploy method right now.

Figured it's worth a convo after this (promising) update from the Ember 2.3 blog post:

Importantly, the addition of this API means FastBoot is now usable with Ember.js 2.3 stable. FastBoot itself remains experimental, however this is the first time you can use it with a release build of Ember.js. The README.md for ember-cli-fastboot is the best place to start if you want to try FastBoot.

I likely won't get a chance for another few months - but if no-one's on it by then I'll definitely post progress.

Has anyone taken a stab at this? I'm having issues with the official heroku buildpack and would love to give this one a try, but I need Fastboot.
