Mark settings which can be Box-specific

Provide a flag for each setting which shows if the setting can be set per box or not.

Background: The upcoming Toniebox management in new /web gui shows all editable settings on box level. in a first implementation it will be done by filtering the settings through their names. later this flag should be used.

No, not really. You use a whitelist for that iirc.
