Cannot run with user other than root

mtc fails when installed under unprivileged user:

Welcome to the console. Enter 'help' to display the help menu.
[error]   29.09.2024, 18:19:58.685 (UTC)  <MainThread>  mytonctrl was installed by another user. Probably you need to launch mtc with `root` user.
