hey,

thanks for the refactor. traveling right now, but when i get back i'll run the specs and merge the pull request.

question - are you using preheat on a project? I wrote it for a project which was scrapped so I never got to use it in a production environment (hence why it has the "development disclamer").

We can not use this gem on production right now, 'cause we catched one strange issue (not sure this is your gem problem), stack level too deep .bundle/gems/ruby/1.8/gems/preheat-0.2.0/lib/preheat.rb:4:in `fetch_without_force'
