can the code run 3256256？?Why did I train for a week and it didn't work??

Hi, I am really sorry for this. Since I have tried to implement PyTorch version with the same as TF version, there are still some uncontrollable part which is hard to debug. I still work on this, the main problem is in ModulatedConv2d. If you are interested in fix it, it would be great! Thanks a lot and happy new year :)

@tomguluson92 While seems there were another pytorch implementation which they got reasonable results
