Enhancement Request

Hello,

Will it be possible to add an additional trigger for when the pull request can be merged? Meaning all of the Bitbucket constraints have been fulfilled in case they were set up - all reviewers approved, at least one successful build etc. The reason that's preventing the merge doesn't actually matter, I just want a trigger when the 'Merge' button in the pull request page is no longer grayed out.
