Pull Request jobs are not working in Jenkins

Open gsep-support opened this issue 6 years ago • 4 comments

Dear Team,

This is to inform you that One of our user configured such a way that Jenkins job to be triggered whenever the Pull request is raised in Bitbucket, under pull request notifications user did a configuration. We have two Jenkins instances. User did a configuration like when ever pull request is created automatically build has to trigger in both the instances. But build is triggering under one instance and in another instance build is not triggering.

Please find the attached screenshot.

There are suggestions in the issue template.

You need to figure out if it is a problem with the plugin or with Jenkins.

If the plugin is able to fire a HTTP request with configured information, then there is no problem with the plugin. If Jenkins is not triggering a build when invoked with this information, then there is a problem with your Jenkins configuration.

So to rule out Jenkins you could use curl to make sure Jenkins can be triggered as you expect. And to rule out the plugin, you can let it trigger some service where you can record the payload.
