Disable button to prevent double-click

Hi Tomas,

Is there an easy way to disable custom buttons on PR pages so that people are not able to double-click it (multiple times)?

Since the button provides no feedback on the click action, the user ends up re-trying it.

In the latest version you can ask the button give you feedback, to let them know the click was registered.

In which case, it's an enhancement. It likely isn't too hard to add in the plugin - I added the original "confirmation" notification in about a day. You should give it a go :)
