macOS build (2.10.0) crashes on launch

I just tried the latest build... on macOS... 🙇🏻‍♂️ and it won't launch. It fails with an [`EXC_BREAKPOINT (SIGTRAP)` exception](https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/sigtrap_sigill). I'm not skilled enough to interpret the crash log, but...

Release schedule?

Will there be a release schedule tied to the various sprints listed [here](https://github.com/orgs/okfn/projects/12)? Or should we build locally if we want to help test? Cheers!
